王立,博士,1976年出生,南昌大学“赣江杰出教授”,博士生导师。现任南昌实验室副主任、国家硅基LED工程技术研究中心主任。国家百千万人才,国家有突出贡献的中青年专家,享受国务院政府特殊津贴,获中华人民共和国成立70周年纪念章。主持国家重点研发计划项目、国家863计划项目、国家自然科学基金,以及省级重点、重大科研课题10多项,项目专项总经费8000多万元。曾获得国家技术发明一等奖1项(排名第三),国家教学成果二等奖1项(排名第八),江西省科学技术奖励4项。发表学术论文100多篇,获得授权专利30多项。参与创办晶能光电公司、南昌硅基半导体科技有限公司,并分别兼任总工程师、副总裁等职,实现了科技成果的产业化。主要研究领域为新型半导体光电子材料与器件,当前研究兴趣包括高光效 LED器件制备、Micro-LED新型显示技术、硅基GaN光电集成技术等。
