郑畅达,男博士,副研究员,硕士生导师2001毕业于景德镇陶瓷学院热能与动力工程专业学士学位20052014毕业于南昌大学分获材料物理与化学专业硕士、博士学位参与/主持国家及江西省重大专项、国家及江西省自然科学基金10余项;发表论50余篇,获授权及申请专5

主要从事硅衬底氮化镓基LED材料与器件的研究及产业化工作。现就职于南昌大学国家硅LED工程技术研究中心,研究方向:半导体材料生长与器件性能研究
